Reality-based Audio Workshop will work experimentally with documentary audio recordings in Struer 23.08 – 07.09.2019 to create a new sound piece to be presented during Struer Tracks 2019. Formatted as a 2-day workshop September 10th and 12th and exhibition/happening event September 13th, this is an open-structure exploration of sci-fi strategies, collective movement, and metaphysical sculpture.
ReFORM is a groundbreaking and experimental multi-effect pedal developed by Pladask Elektrisk and BandOrg. The pedal is based on FORM2, but has updated programs and updated hardware. The pedal and workshop are about exploring and understanding granular synthesis, time stretch and manipulating sample playback.
Avgarde and BEK invite to this course in mixing and production, where you will learn to create a great and catchy commercial techno song with Ableton Live. The course is especially intended for composers who want to contribute with danceable contemporary music to contemporary music disco. We will be back from Summer holidays at BEK from August 5th, and will start the season off with Reality-based Audio Workshop at Struer Tracks, book presentation of “Elektrisk lyd i Norge” (“Electric Sound in Norway”) and concert, and a concert with Loud Matter at Østre.
