The exhibition on Sonic Interaction Design is accompanied by a catalogue. The catalogue presents information about the exhibition, all featured works, the people behind them and includes a wealth of images and illustrations.
This book by Davide Rocchesso reports on the many research activities carried out as part of the four year COST Action on Sonic Interaction Design (SID). Frauke Behrendt and Trond Lossius has contributed a chapter on the SID exhibition.

Don’t touch me, you don’t know where I’ve been was a commision by BEK from composer Alwynne Pritchard, premiered in 2008.
The 7th issue of the Sensuous knowledge publication series on artistic research, is dedicated to two texts discussing the work, by the composer herself and Roar Sletteland, former director at BEK.
An installation version of the work will be presented at Solstrand as part of the program for the 2009 Sensuous knowledge conference.
BEK is among the contributors to the publication Localised, published by Ctrl+Z Publishers on the occasion of the Bergen Biennial Conference in September 2009.
The paper A stratified approach for sound spatialization by Peters et al. will be presented as a poster at The 6th Sound and Music Computing Conference in Porto, July 2009.
