Pixel Love 1 (2002) is a video by Amanda Steggell. “Sitting on the roof of a cottage by the sea in Old Bitch Bay, south Norway with a tiny Sony cam-corder in hand, I film my lover who lays naked on the terrace below. I turn the pixel filter on. A slight movement of the hand. A small press on the zoom button. Everything looks different. Everything looks manipulable.”
