Published
By invitation from Bergen Domkor and BEK, the young Bergen-based artist Andrea Urstad Toft has made two new video works that will be projected directly on the brick walls of Bergen domkirke during the choir’s Bergen International Festival concert on May 29th. After a 3-week work residency in BEK’s video studio, the process manifests in sensitive pictures and animations that will flow together with the cathedral’s brick walls and stained glass windows.
In Bergen domkirke we get to experience an A cappella evening with three choral works by young Norwegian composers, two of which are premieres.
Composers: Martin Ødegård, Tord Kalvenes and Birgit Djupedal
Conductor: Kjetil Almenning
Video works: Andrea Urstad Toft
