Bergen Centre for Electronic Arts

BEK is participating at this year’s B-open with the presentation of various projects in the field of art and technology.

B-open is an art festival with the main focus on open artist studios, with several other activities associated with the festival, open to anyone with free access. Bergen Center for Electronic Arts is an interdisciplinary resource and competence center for work with art and technology. Our users are professional artists in visual arts, audio, stage and music. At B-open we will share the processes and interests that artists who work with art and technology are committed. Among other things, we show film, sound and game based art in our premises.

We show works by Vilde Salhus Røed, Marieke Verbiesen, Stian Remvik, Maria Øy Lojo and Anne Marthe Dyvi. All artists will be present and share thoughts and experiences with art and technology.
