BJØRNAR HABBESTAD • shade and silence waken up as one •
By means of a multi-channel playback system Habbestad uses walls, ceiling and floor as reflecting surfaces and a sound chamber. The listener is at the centre – with the Kunsthall as a large stereo system on each side.
The installation was part of KLANGKAMMER.
NATASHA BARRETT • allure and hoodwink •
‘Allure and Hoodwink’ entices and deceives. It plays with visual and non-visual sounds produced by larger performance motions contrasted to tiny physical actions necessary for sound production.
FELIX KUBIN • paralektronoia •
A lecture performance developed it to include live music in order to give it more compositional character. The outcome is a fusion of a radio play, a lecture, the lecture becoming poetry and poetry being part of a composition. Kubin is shifting between these different disciplines with ease in this performance.
