Using equipment at BEK

Artists have the possibility of using equipment at BEK during studio residencies in our spaces and while developing projects commissioned by BEK. We cannot provide equipment on a general basis and do not lend equipment externally.
BEK wants to contribute to the local art scene by developing technical expertise in the field and being a relevant working space for artists. We find it important to offer a well-stocked equipment library for artists experimenting and exploring during studio residencies, participating in workshops or developing new projects commissioned by BEK. We cannot lend equipment for exhibitions, installations and presentations.
Open calls for studio residencies are announced on our website and in our newsletter. 11 June 2023 is the application deadline for residencies 7 August–17 December 2023. Details will be announced early May.
