Hauan and Urstad: SPRANG

ISPRANG is a composition of sound that transforms into light and activates a pattern of optical fibres. The installation uses the window towards the sea as a reverberating surface, so that parts of the sound can be heard from the square outside Visningsrommet.

SPRANG can be experienced February 3rd – 19th at Visningsrommet USF, in a version made especially for this room. BEK has been consultant for the sound work, and the installation has been set up with BEK’s equipment.
