About:

The phenomenon of a Blue Moon — the second full moon in a single month — has long been imagined as a sign of disruption, wonder, and strangeness: a moment when ordinary temporalities loosen their hold, opening space beyond our everyday tempos and capitalist rhythms.
What might it mean to step, even briefly, into a different experience of time? What forms of being, relation, and more-than-human connection might emerge there?
The event will feature a durational listening room, live performances, sound walking, readings, and shared listening, inviting audiences to imagine and inhabit time differently.

Programme:

12:00–18.00 Lunar Meditation
A drop-in, drift-out room of drones and deep listening.

16:00 Sound walking
A journey of sound and storytelling through the city.

From 18:30 until late
Performances, readings, listening encounters.

The programme was developed through collaborative practices set in motion on the first full moon of 1 May involving Eva Matsigkou, Feronia Wennborg, Daiyen Jone, Alica Tserkovnaja, Wolfgang Schmid, Eva Vukich, Raheel Khan, Danae Stefanou, Knut Jonas Sellevold, Katarina Dorothea Isaksen, Jill Halstead and Soledad Marimbio

Convened by Knut Jonas Sellevold, Raheel Khan, and Jill Halstead
