Marieke at Alberta College of Art and Design
Marieke Verbiesen, who works as system administrator at BEK, is currently on a 3-month artist-in-residency in New York. She also use the opportunity to hold a video- and animation workshop in Calgary, Canada.
The workshop targets students at MADT (Media Art & Digital Technologies). The participants will get to work with various technologies in order to create a physical installation involving the use of video, animation and videomapping.

When the job is done, Marieke returns to New York for further work on her own art projects. She will later do a presentation at Harvestworks. We return to this matter later.
