Doppler explains: We are expecting many visitors during the Bergen Triennial. We expect both artists travelling here, as well as art visitors. Bergen holds many travellers who are here for a multitude of reasons and they travel here for short or long periods. The project aims to reflects on transit situations, both mental and physical, in relation to displacement and geographical borders. We are interested in the communication that arises when the city becomes a marker on our travels, when the displacement of time gets to be shown in its own space, that the visitor can choose to enter or pass by.
